Nainital – State where the triangular of the three-tier panchayat elections has started. So the village head association has reached the Nainital High Court. The Association has filed a petition in the High Court regarding two children and 10th pass in the Panchayat State Act brought by the state government.
Appeal filed in the High Court has been appealed for the election under the old rules. So the opposition against this act of the same state is also outspoken. In the meeting of Congress workers, the Congress State President has already spoken about the Panchayati Raj Act that as soon as his government comes they will end the Panchayati Raj Act. However, in the same meeting, some Congress leaders also advised not to say anything in this regard. It is also being noticed that the BJP workers who want to contest the Panchayat elections and they have more than two children and do not possess the 10th pass. Even the students are protesting against the decision behind the camera.
