Woman succumbs under a stone falling from a mountain, gets trapped for 5 hours and dies

Lokjan Today, Pithoragarh: Despite all the efforts of the government, the graph of accidents in the mountains is not reducing. The woman, who went towards the valley on migration, died after being hit by stone falling from hill in Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand. Before this, she was struggling on the road for five hours from the time of debris during the road cutting. Without getting treatment on time, the woman died immediately before reaching the hospital.

After the way, the family reached the hospital at 10 pm, but the seriously injured woman succumbed to her injuries on the way. Due to an ambulance, there was a jam for an hour, the road is being badly damaged in the national highway this day. On Tuesday, a long jump due to debris from the hill near the Gurgaul of Kanalichina. An ambulance coming to Kanalichina in this jam was also hanging. Here, there was a situation of jam throughout the day on Pithauragarh and Ghat route. Due to the absence of rain there is also a problem of dust. Due to the dust, passengers are facing a lot of trouble.
Social worker Mahendra Budial and district panchayat member Manjula Devi have demanded to remove the threatened stones during migration and stop blasting during road cutting. After performing the post-mortem of the woman in Dharchula, the last rites are performed. The driver returned from Najang told that the road was closed on Tuesday evening between Nangang and Malpa, which is unlikely to be opened at this time.
