Tanuj Walia “Lokjan Today” Roorkee: A dialysis patient arrived at the Civil Hospital on Monday and created a ruckus. He asked CMS for Dr. DK Chakrapani, Haridwar but CMS said that they received orders from the higher authorities that the patients should be referred to the government hospital. For a long time, the patient continued to tell CMS to refer him to Haridwar. When CMS refused to refer to Haridwar, the patient got frustrated and started hurling abuses. When the patient got out of the room, the patient’s son went into the room and argued with the hospital staff. Then the staff deployed outside the room took out the patient’s son, both of them got agitated and started engaging with the employees. The patients’ son even broke the glass on the door with his hands. Hearing this all the employees reached the spot near the room, while the patient and his son left the place. The police were informed about this and will take strict action against the patient and his kin for damaging hospital property once they check the CCTV footage of the same.
