Roorkee: Section 144 applied in Roorkee to protest against the Citizens Amendment Act, in view of the loss of life and property in the vicinity, Roorkee Deputy Collector Namami Bansal decided to make law and order in the city. Section 144 has been imposed till noon, in which no more than 4 persons can gather at one place.
