Dehradun. Police could manage to catch them successfully when an informant handed them the information about the theifs carrying drug shipments. Upon receiving information, police conducted a night checking in Niranjanpur market where they found and arrested the accused Israr, son of Jabbar resident, post office Sapla, police Deoband, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, recently a resident of Shakuntala Enclave Near Bluni school, police station Ptelnagr with 10.6 grams of illegal Smack and electronic scales. An indictment was registered under the NDPS Act station Patelnagar against the accused. The accused was presented before the court.He was questioned by Kiakvahi police where he said that he used to bring smack from various districts of Uttar Pradesh and sell them to students in educational institutions in Dehra Dun at higher prices to gain good profit. Dehradun police investigated criminal background of all the dealers and of accused. He told the police that he was the son of Jabbar, resident of gram Pulsa, post office Sapla, police Deoband, District Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh and was 43 years old. In this arrest, Arun Tyagi, inspector Vivek Bhandari, Constable Kuldeep, Constable Ranjit Rana, Constable Ashish Rathi, Constable Srikanth Dhyani were included along with other police personnel.
