Uttarakhand weather beings to change, rainfall accompanied by high winds

According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, this evening at around 9.30 in the capital, Dehradun, the roof was dark. After which the rain started On the other side there was cloud in the lowlands of Kumaon Mandal. After which a dusty storm started to run.
