Corona has also given its knock in the Uttarakhand High Court. The report of the wife of Justice Ravindra Maithani and Justice RC Khulbe came corona positive. After which both the justices have isolated themselves.
The Health Department has taken samples of all the justices as well as their entire staff. He was hearing in the court when Justice Ravindra Maithani’s report came out to be Corona positive. After which Acting Chief Justice Sanjay Kumar Mishra held a meeting with the High Court Bar Association. In which it was decided to hear all the cases online from Monday. High Court Bar Association President Avtar Singh Rawat said that online hearing is the only option to prevent corona infection.
