Nirbhaya’s accused will be punished, all four will be hanged on January 22

The decision that the whole country was waiting for has come today. For the past seven years, the whole country was waiting for the convicts of Nirbhaya to be hanged and today the court has given that verdict. Delhi’s Patiala House Court has issued a death warrant for the convicts of Nirbhaya on January 22.

Nirbhaya’s four convicts Akshay, Vinay, Mukesh and Pawan will be hanged at 7 am on January 22. During this time, the court has taken 14 days to file a curative petition, taking care of the rights of the culprits. Meanwhile, the guilty can file curative petitions.

After the court’s verdict, the lawyer for the convict AP Singh has said that he will file a curative petition in the Supreme Court. Nirbhaya’s mother Asha Devi is very happy with the court’s decision.
