In the 12-year-old case, DeshRaj Appeals to High Court, High Court, ordered the IG to investigate in a month

Lokjan Today, Dehradun: Though both Jharkhand MLA Raj Karnwal and Kunwar Pranav Chapipan, CM and the party asked both of them to resolve the matter, but now this case has reached the Nainital High Court on the last day. From there, IG has been ordered to investigate the case in a month. 
In fact, BJP MLA from Jhabrera, Deshraj Karnwal has filed a petition in the High Court about the 12-year-old case and in this case Khanpur MLA Kunwar Pranav Champion has also been made the party. Karnwal says that under the pressure of Kunwar Pranav Champion, the FIR filed in Roorkee in 2007 has not been filed in Chargesheet Court.
Following a hearing on Karnal’s plea, Justice Sharad Kumar Sharma’s Ekalipith has directed the concerned Vision Officer (IO) to appear before the court on April 24. In the petition, Karnwal has also made the inquiry officer and the Principal Secretary Home, including Khanpur legislator Kunwar Pranav Champion, as the party. 
According to this, in April 2007, he (Deshraj Karnwal) was elected as member of District Panchayat Haridwar in Roorkee. Karnwal was the candidate in this election; fake copies of fake ration card and family register against Jaipal (son Changu Ram, resident Kotwal), Hari Singh (son Ganga Singh, resident of New Basti Sunhera) and Surendra Dabane (son Manful, Resident Sunhera) Writing a petition filed by Joint Magistrate Roorkee accusing him of causing harm to the Karnwal
Karnwal sought the legal action against these people in the FIR. According to this, the complaint officer had filed the charge sheet in December 2007 but the higher officials did not file the charge sheet in the name of the advance investigation and the investigation is still pending till today. 
In the petition, Karnwal also alleged that the chargesheet is not being filed in court due to the pressure of Kunwar champion Pranav. Karwal also said that those people who were lodged against the FIR were harassing them (Deshraj Karnwal) and his wife.
