A young man named Shekhar Dhondiyal came from Dehradun to work at Shiva Cable in Kotdwar. A young man was talking on the phone outside the cable operating office when suddenly three young men came walking and shot him in the chest. After hearing the sound of the bullet, its associates working in the cable operator’s office came out and the three youths were absconding. The young man was brought to a state hospital in critical condition where the young man died during treatment.
