Bijnor resident dies in suspicious conditions, sister-in-law gives statement to police.

Lokjan Today, Kotdwar: Police have recovered the dead body of a person near the Tharah near Gadar-Pakhro Forest Motor. It is believed that the young man died due to the collision of an unknown vehicle. On the basis of the statement, given by the sister-in-law of the deceased, the police have registered a case against the unknown driver.

Based on information received on Monday morning, Kotwali Police recovered the dead body of a person near the roadside near village of Baghla, about six kilometers ahead of Sneh Chauki. The deceased was identified as Padam Singh (40) son Bhajan Singh, resident of Grama village under Shishank district of Bijnor district. SSI Pradev Negi told that Padam Singh used to do daily wages in Kotdwar area and lived at his house in Saneh Malli at his sister-in-law Savitri Devi’s house. Savitri Devi is on the rank of fourth grade in Lonivi Dugadda. On the basis of the information received from Savitri Devi, SSI said that at around 6 am on Sunday morning, Padam Singh went to see and returned to Kotdar from there at about five o’clock in the evening, but did not reach the house. On Monday, some people coming from Baghna found Padmash Singh dead on the roadside. SSI said that the case was registered under the hit and run against the unknown driver on the basis of the statement given by Savitri Devi.
