Lokjan Today, Dehradun: In 2005, two PPS officers of Uttarakhand state have become IPS after DPC. According to the information, Manikant Mishra, Navneet Singh Bhullar had DPC in Delhi recently and both have been made IPS. A notification regarding this will be issued in the coming days.
