Lokjan Today, Kashipur: At the polling booth in Bajpur, there was a ruckus in the morning during the election of Uttarakhand. Morning at the Sugar Mill booth, Minister of State, Rajesh Kumar arrived to cast vote. They were returning when the line was long. Meanwhile, they stood in the campus.
According to the information, a soldier tried to push them away by pushing them from there. After which there was a ruckus On the spot, the police officer also reached. There was a clash between the two sides when the matter increased. After this, the authorities quietly solved the case.

Please tell that in Bajpur, 32.40 per cent voting has been done till 12 o’clock. Elections have been held for 84 civic bodies in Uttarakhand in 2018, but elections were not held due to technical reasons in Srinagar and Bajpur municipal councils. The High Court had ordered the state government to hold elections before July 15, 2019.

In Srinagar, 44 candidates are in the fray and their fate is decided by 25 thousand 126 voters. Unlike in Srinagar, there are fewer voters in Bajpur. Here, 23 thousand 113 voters will exercise franchise, but the number of candidates is much higher than Srinagar. Here, 74 candidates are filling up the election grounds.
