Uttarakhand BJP and Congress face-to-face

This time in Uttarakhand, there is a direct fight between BJP and Congress in all the five seats in the Lok Sabha elections. There is no direct competition between the two parties, because there is no regional party and the BSP has no special support base. In this election, BJP has come to the grounds of the achievements of the Center and the state government and the face of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the only hope of Congress can be said as anti-incumbency factor. Who will be the heaviest now, it will be clear only after the results on May 23. It is, of course, that the political parties have run every step to rival the rivals.
The main fight between the BJP and the Congress is seen in the five seats in Tehri, Pauri Garhwal, Almora, Nainital and Haridwar, although the BSP is making a complete endeavor to join the two plains in Nainital and Udhamsingh Nagar. In total, 52 candidates have fielded in five seats.
A Union Minister, two former Chief Ministers, BJP and Congress State President, one Rajya Sabha member, BJP’s national secretary, three current Lok Sabha members, all these veterans, this time the BJP and the Congress are the sunma which is the iron in the field Are taking it.
This election is also a question of credit for the ruling BJP in the Center and the state. In the last five years, the BJP has been dominated by Uttarakhand. In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, five seats and 57 seats out of 70 in the 2017 Assembly elections went to BJP. There is, of course, a deep pressure on the BJP to repeat the same performance.
In contrast, Congress wants to overcome the shocks in these two elections. It is also important for the party that it also has its political status attached to it. If the Congress does not perform as expected, then there will be many problems for him.
Whatever the BJP says, this time the party’s biggest hope is Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In the last Lok Sabha and assembly elections, the BJP won by the magic of Modi magic in Uttarakhand. This time, Prime Minister Modi did two public meetings in Uttarakhand but in that he never missed the Congress standing in the dock.
On the other hand, Congress President Rahul Gandhi did four public meetings in four different Lok Sabha seats and he attacked the central government from corruption to the farmers’ issue.
Uttarakhand is a multi-pronged state, so BJP is demanding the mandate of nationalism in the elections in the name of nationalism. The BJP is an attacker on the Congress with full force to amend the amendment in AFSPA and treason law in the Surgical Strike, Air Strike and Congress Manifesto. On the other hand, Congress is in an attempt to attract public opinion from its electoral promise of Rafiq procurement and corruption of Rs 72 thousand every year to the people of the poor sections other than corruption, farmers and forgiveness.
In the just a month of campaigning, many prominent leaders in Uttarakhand reached the star campaigners. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President Amit Shah, Union Minister Rajnath Singh, Piyush Goyal, Nirmala Sitharaman, Delhi BJP President Manoj Tiwari, spokesman Shahnawaz Hussain etc. attended other programs including public meetings. The Congress saw something backward on this front. In addition to the four public meetings of National President Rahul Gandhi, only the Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, the Pilot, has reached Uttarakhand for promotion.
