PM Modi says that he will never forgive Sadhvi Pragya for insulting Gandhi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that he would never forgive Sadhvi Pragya for calling a true patriot, Nathuram Godse, the assassin of Mahatma Gandhi.

Reacting to the comments of Sadhvi Pragya on Nathuram Godse, on Friday Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “I can never forgive Pragya Thakur for insulting Mahatma Gandhi.”

In an interview to News 24, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said though Sadhvi Pragya has apologised for her pro-Godse remark, but he won’t be able to forgive the BJP leader.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had previously defended the decision of BJP to prosecute Sadhvi Pragya Thakur, accused of blasting Malegaon. Narendra Modi said the Pragya Thakur ticket was a response to those who branded as terrorism 5,000 years of civilization.

“They defamed a 5000-old culture that believes in Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam. They called them terrorists. To answer them all, this is a symbol and it will cost Congress,” Modi had said.
