50 lakhs of gold sought from Sarrafha businessman

Lokjan Today, Haridwar: A case has been registered for demanding Rs 50 lakh for a Sarrapa trader from Kankhal. Calling from the unknown number on the business man’smobile, the demand for color has been sought. Death threat was given on not paying the amount. The police has registered a case against the unknown on the complaint of the businessman. On the basis of mobile number, the accused is being sought.

According to the police, Vishnu garden resident , kankhal Pradeep Kumar Sharma has business of saraffa. In Kankhal, he has his own store of jewelery. He filed a complaint in Kankhal police station that on Monday a call was received on his mobile. Later messages from mobile phones were also made from the same number. In which he has been asked to pay for 50 lakh rupees. There is also a warning of the consequences of not paying the amount. The businessman has been attacked even two years ago. During that time, the police had arrested a few miscreants in western Uttar Pradesh as an attempt to loot the case. Now once again, the family of the businessman has come into tension after seeking 50 lakhs of ransom and threatening to kill him if he fails to pay the amount. They have also demanded protection from the police. The police has registered a complaint against Pradeep Sharma. SP Kamlesh Upadhyay told that the number from which the call came Is collecting information about it. Soon the person seeking the ransom will be arrested.
