Khanpur legislator Kunwar Pranav Singh, who reached the Kotwali Roorkee on Monday evening, met with Kotwali inspector Amarjeet, demanding a lawsuit against Jhabreeda legislator Deshmukh Karnwal. The MLA champion said that he had given a complaint against MLA Deshraj on Sunday, in which he had alleged that the caste certificate issued to MLA Deshpande Deshpadekar on July 1, 2005 is a fake. It was investigated by the then Deputy District Magistrate Roorkee.

It was found that Deshraj Karwalwal, the legislator, had formed this certificate by meeting the writer. The writer was suspended for getting the check correct. As well as the Usaki Character Register, adverse insertion was done. He has come to register a case in this regard. They claim that after the investigation of the case, the legislator of Deshraj Karwalwal will end and he will have to go to jail. At the same time, Jhabreeda legislator Deshraj Karwalwal says that he was a Zilla Panchayat member in the year 2005. MLA Kunwar Pranav Singh was the president of Zilla Panchayat Chair. Pranav wanted him to vote in his favor, but when he did not do that, the MLA Kunwar Pranav Singh champion created a fake caste certificate from his men in Saharanpur while plotting against him. When Saharanpur Tehsildar got information about this, he cut his signature from the certificate, But the champion’s supporters got that certificate. His false complaint was made on this basis but the complaint was found incorrect in the Election Commission. As a result, he filed a lawsuit against the champion candidate Jaipal etc in Kotwali Roorkee on April 30, 2007.

The charge sheet was also filed, But after the Congress government, the Kunwar Pranav Singh Champion put the pressure back on the charge sheet. The investigation is going on now, the arrest of the supporters of MLA Kunwar Pranav Singh Champion will be there. This is why Kunwar Pranav Singh is trying to rotate the champion case. After the Lok Sabha elections, the action will be taken against the champion by the party in this case and will also be sued on false complaints. Their conspirators will go to jail. Kotwali Roorkee Incharge Inspector Amarjeet Singh said that complaint of MLA Kunwar Pranav Singh Champion has been included in the case filed by legislator Deshmukh Karnwal in April 2007.
