Person arrested with a drug capsule and tablet

Lokjan Today, Vikasnagar The police of Sahaspur Police arrested a young man with 883 capsules and 270 tablets of the drug during the check-in. The alleged youth was roaming around aiming to turn people into adicts.
In the wake of the Lok Sabha elections, campaign against illegal drugs has been going on in the district. In which police is checking the place for drug prevention and arrest. On Saturday night, the station chief, Vijay Singh, along with the Drug Inspector undertook the check. During checking near Saleem Kotewale’s shop in Sahaspur, Thana President Vijay Kumar, Sangwangar Chowki Incharge, Ravindra Ravana arrested a youth with drug pills and capsules.

Drug inspector Neeraj Kumar checked all the drugs and found that the drugs were illegal. The police arrested the accused in the NDPS Act. In the police interrogation, the accused identified himself as Sahaspur near the old mosque of Shahid resident. Police sealed 270 narcotic tablets and 883 capsules recovered from the accused.
