According to the Aapda Control Room, there was a collapse in Banjbagad in the early hours, Abbal Singh’s house was buried under debris in Banjbagad, 35-year-old wife Rupa Devi and nine-month-old daughter Chanda died after sleeping inside the house. A landslide has also hit Nenu Ram’s house in Ali village. Nenu Ram’s 21-year-old daughter Naurati is dead. Locals are engaged in rescue with the disaster management team. Two houses and three shops have been washed away due to the rise of Chufla Gad. The weather is still bad, light rain continues.
