Despite continuous snowfall and rain in Uttarakhand, the one-day special session was convened and the session remained rude on the first day of the session.
The one-day special session called for the assembly began in a ruckus. Independent MLA Pritam Singh Panwar questioned the government raising the issue of Anganwadi workers. Pritam Panwar said in the House that Anganwadi workers have been demonstrating for the last one month, despite this, the government has not yet taken cognizance of their demands. Apart from this, Minister of State for Women Welfare Rekha Arya, on behalf of the government in the House, while answering the questions of Pritam Panwar said that the state government is serious about the demands of the Anganwadi workers. The government always works for the public interest and soon the Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat will talk to this issue and find a solution to this problem
