The family members went out with a lock on the house on 26 October. When I visited the premises today, I found that there was a theft in the house. Some silver anklets and coins kept in the house have been stolen by unknown thieves. Efforts have been initiated by the Kotwali police to arrest unknown thieves and recover stolen goods by registering a case in the Ganga Canal police station on the basis of Tahrir. After the incident, it has been proved once again that Roorkee Sub Prison Council is not safe. Whereas the main gate of the prison to the heavy security force remains stationed in the premises.
