The Hon’ble High Court has ordered to register a case against BJP MP Ajay Bhatt’s private secretary Om Prakash Tiwari and Yuva Morcha activist Saurabh Kapoor. Days ago orders have been issued to file a case under Poxo for beating a minor child. Once again, the High Court has ordered the Dalanwala police station in Dehradun to investigate the matter and not report at the earliest Present in court!
