Lokjan Today, Tehri: Students have also started picketing in the hostels of THDC Hydro Engineering College in Bhagirathipuram on Tuesday due to the disturbances. The students allege that a student was hurt and fractured in his hand last night, but the college ambulance did not arrive for three hours. After which the student was taken to the hospital with the help of 108 ambulances. The students said that the water problem has also remained in the hostel for many days. Have to drink dirty mess. About two hundred students of the college have sat on the dharna. After which the college administration has also swelled up.
