लखनऊ: यूपी की राजधानी लखनऊ में नागरिकता संशोधन कानून (CAA) को लेकर विरोध-प्रदर्शन ने हिंसक रूप ले लिया है।
लखनऊ के कई इलाकों में हिंसा फैल गई है। उपद्रव के दौरान दो पुलिस चौकी भी जला दी गई, जबकि बाहर खड़े वाहनों को फूंक दिया गया।
प्रदर्शनकारियों ने लखनऊ के डालीगंज और हजरतगंज इलाके में जमकर उत्पात मचाया। इलाके में जमकर तोड़फोड़ और पथराव हुआ।
भीड़ को तितर-बितर करने के लिए पुलिस को आंसू गैस के गोले दागने पड़े और लाठीचार्ज करना पड़ा।
उधर, पश्चिमी यूपी के संभल में पुलिस और प्रदर्शनकारियों के बीच झड़प के बाद इंटरनेट बंद कर दिया गया।
