Dehradun: Rajpur Police arrested Sachin Upadhyay, brother of former state president of Uttarakhand Congress Party Kishore Upadhyay.
Sachin Upadhyay was under investigation in the 420 case. According to the police, Sachin Upadhyay was arrested by the police from near his house today.

After receiving sufficient evidence against accused Sachin Upadhyay son Shri PD Upadhyay resident SN Villa Village Chal Ang Thana Rajpur Dehradun in the order of investigation of case No. 24/17 Section 420 467 468 471 504 120b Bhadvi vs Sachin Upadhyay registered on Police Station Haj Non-bailable warrant was obtained against the accused from the Honorable Court. In order for the said non-bailable warrant, Tamil accused Sachin Upadhyay was arrested on 19/1/20 by the police station Rajpur. The accused is being presented to the Honorable Court.
