Kotdwar: A strange case has been reported from Kotdwar where an attempt was made to kill a woman not with a bullet or with a bow and arrow.

This strange case is of Bhudevpur village of Sigaddi in Bhabar where a debate took place between a woman and a neighbor about something. Due to this, an angry neighbor fired an arrow at the woman. The arrow hit the woman’s chest, causing a bloodshot. the woman was admitted in the hospital. At the same time, police reached the information of the relatives and took the accused into custody.

Family members said that Rajni Devi (33) wife Pratap Singh resident Bhudevpur was drying clothes in her courtyard on Saturday. In the meantime, there was a dispute between the woman and the neighbor about something, on which the angry neighbor killed the woman with an arrow bow. The arrow hit the woman’s chest, injuring her. The family has given a police complaint against the accused neighbor Ramlal. The family told the police that before the incident, there was a debate between the accused Ramlal’s victim Rajni Devi about something. Angry with this, Ramlal attacked the woman with an arrow.

Doctors are estimating the thickness and length of the arrow inserted into the body by giving the woman an x-ray. Surgeon Dr. Satish Kumar said that the arrow will be removed after performing the operation.

Sub-inspector Poonam Shah arrived at the hospital and took statements of the woman and her family members. Family members said that the accused looks after the neighboring fields. To protect crops from wildlife, he has prepared bow arrows, which he uses on wildlife every day.
