Congress on PM Modi’s INS Viraat allegation: Modi a serial liar

The Congress hit back at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for claiming that the late Rajiv Gandhi used INS Viraat as a “personal taxi” on a family vacation, saying he’s a “serial liar” who doesn’t have the courage to fight elections on issues such as unemployment and demonetisation.

Speaker of the Congress, Pawan Khera, said retired Indian Navy Vice Admiral Vinod Pasricha clarified that Rajiv Gandhi was on an official INS Viraat visit. “But Modi doesn’t care about facts,” he said at a press conference.
