A case for seeking a bribe in lieu of a bill being passed.
The CBI court will pronounce the accused officer today.
The accused was Ram Prasad Meena, the senior auditor of PCDA.
CBI was arrested from Delhi on 5 April 2019.
The accused officer is still in jail since the arrest.
The case was filed on the complaint of Navratan Singh.
