A mischievous Baba has been arrested by the police in Devbhumi Rishikesh. This Baba, in a very vicious manner, misbehaved with the minor youth on the pretext of painting.
The incident is dated 2 September 2. A complaint letter was given by a woman in Rishikesh Kotwali in which the woman accused a Baba living in Someshwar, Rishikesh, that Baba Anil Maurya went on the pretext of painting his minor son and when 2 Days later, when his son returned, the son reached home in a state of unconsciousness. On the basis of the said application of the complainant, the case was registered under Section 377 IPC in Rishikesh immediately under Section 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act 2012 and in the investigation conducted by the police. After the confirmation of the charge, this infidel Baba was arrested by the police. In the unveiling of the case today, on 12 September 2019, the accused related to the aforesaid trial was arrested today and presented before the Hon’ble Court and sent to jail.
