On this information, the police teams were immediately erected in the vicinity of Ballupur Chowk and as per the plan, the plaintiff was given a bag and parked under Ballupur Chowk. Around 3:30 pm, a Centro car came from Panditwadi towards Ballupur flyover and turned around from Ballupur and went back towards Panditwadi. Shortly thereafter, a Maruti Brij car came from Pandit Wadi and stopped under the flyover, one of the people came down to the Wadi and snatched the bag from his hand and ran towards the car fast. Upon reaching the car, the said person pushed two people out of the car and dropped down and started trying to escape fast. Showing the speed by the present police team, putting the barrier on the spot, stopped the said vehicle and searched the persons present in the car and took them down, so a car Centro appeared from behind which stopped at the distance after seeing the police and Turning back, she ran towards Panditwadi. Police tried to catch the said vehicle but were unable to catch it. When the two persons in the car were detained, they were told that they lured people of cheap land and called them to collect money from them. The accused were told that their accomplices in the returned car were Sachin and Nawab, who fled after seeing the police. Two kidnappers were arrested by the police station police, led by Police Superintendent Nagar and Jurisdictional Mussoorie, from the abducted persons near them. He was recovered and the car involved in the kidnapping was captured.
