In view of wider public interest, the investigation was done by STF, it was found that the properties of Bhauwala, Dhorankhas, Tarlaamwala, Badowala and Mussoorie in Dehradun district were transferred to a company SPK Worldcom Pvt Ltd Address 95 Sector 2 Defense colony Dehradun Director Pooja Malik and Sanjeev Malik, Justice Vikramjit On the basis of fake signed documents of SAN (retired) and Securities and Exchange Board of India, sale is being done through sale letters to the people of Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana etc.

During the investigation, the accused Sanjeev Malik had escaped from Dehradun after coming to know about the investigation of STF. So that his side would be strengthened. STF team received information that Sanjeev Malik has stayed in above mentioned Hyatt Hotel, Ludhiana, on this STF team went to Hyatt Hotel in Ludhiana and questioned Sanjeev Malik, then it was told by him that my documents are kept at home in Dehradun. When Sanjeev Malik came to Dehradun and showed it to the STF team, it came to know that all this is fake, on this date three accused were arrested by the STF team on 06.01.2022.
In the investigation, how many more immovable properties have been fraudulently sold or shown in their possession by the said landowners, in respect of which the investigation is prevalent and the criminal history of the criminals is being ascertained.
