The people of Uttarakhand are going to get relief from the purchase of expensive pulses. In Uttarakhand, the Chief Minister Dal Nurture Scheme has been started. Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat started the scheme by distributing packets of lentils to the beneficiaries at the CM residence. MP Mala Rajya Laxmi Shah was also present at the inauguration of the scheme. 23 lakh 32 thousand ration card holders of Uttarakhand will get the benefit. Each ration cardholder will be provided two kg of pulses at a reduced price per month.
Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat said that the poor need to be aware. Uttarakhand government is running many schemes in the interest of the poor. The Chief Minister said that 1905 Chief Minister Helpline has been issued. If someone feels that something is going wrong then they should inform the government on this number and action will be taken on it. CM Trivendra Rawat said that the Prime Minister’s pulses funded scheme will be helpful in the goal of a healthy India. All nutrients are necessary for food. Lentils will supply protein. Cleanliness is also necessary along with health. 44 gram per kg of pulses is being given this month. Its price in the market is 65 to 70 rupees per kg. Depending on the availability, pulses will be given. The price may also be less but will always be less than the market rate. The CM expressed happiness over the fact that awareness has come about cleanliness, especially among women and girls. The government wants to extend the benefits of the schemes to all, it needs everyone’s cooperation.
